WBOA Evening Workshop: Self-Compassion: A Guided Meditation

Topic: Self-Compassion: A Guided Meditation
Speaker: Julia Mines
Join Julia Mines, Leadership and Speaker Coach, in a 45-minute guided meditation of self-compassion—the science of being kind to ourselves. Now, more than ever, when people are struggling, it’s essential to turn the same kindness we would on others toward ourselves. Self-compassion helps return us to more resourceful, creative, optimistic, and resilient states. Come as you are. Prepare to leave in a deeply relaxed state. PJ’s are welcome.
