Week One: The ABC’s of Website Basics
In this class we will cover theming, branding, copy/content, feel, avatar, and developing a site map.
A = Inventing your site Avatar
B = Choosing your Branding colors
C = Creating the voice of your Content
Week Two: The ABC’s of Your Home Page and Bio
In this class we will cover what you should include on your home page and bio/About Me page including brand photography, carrying your voice and avatar onto these pages. These two pages are the two most important pages on your website. They want to know what you do and why you do it.
A = Deciding on a layout/theme
B = Selecting photos that fit your branding (these pages are where your photos are most important!)
C = Determining what messages you want your content to say (these pages are your words are most important!)
Week Three: The ABC’s of What You Do
In this class we talk about the photos and copy/content of your Services/Products/Packages pages.
A = Nailing down your pricing/packages/offers
B = Photographing your products
C = Composing eye-catching product descriptions
Week Four: The ABC’s of Landing Pages
In this class we will cover Landing pages and Calls to Actions, including forms, funnels, and freebies.
A = Selecting your freebie
B = Crafting a printable
C = Cultivating an email Welcome sequence
Week Five: The ABC’s of Blogging
In this class we will give tips for creating engaging blogs with complementary graphics that don’t overwhelm your audience.
A = Developing a blogging editorial calendar
B = Drafting memorable layouts for blog images
C = Constructing a blog outline
Week Six: The ABC’s of Pulling it all Together
In this class we will cover tying all of your pages together so that your content and branding are consistent. We will also talk about when to hire the pros such as web designers, brand photographers, content/copy writers, copy editors, virtual business assistants, etc. Come with your questions.
A = Arranging your website plan
B = Bringing your brand beyond your site
C = Mapping an email sequence that sells

Your workshop instructors are Jacki Jacobs, personal brand photographer at Jacki Jacobs Photography and Tara Gabriel, content writer and owner of Four Elements Creative.
