What if you had a manual to teach you how to care for your body? This class creates that manual for you. Using the wisdom of Eastern Medicine, you’ll learn the principles of healthy eating, breathing, movement, meditation and connection. You’ll go through the process of choosing a health goal specifically for you. You’ll receive a book to track your progress and encouragement from the group.
