(Member-Hosted) Ethical, Profitable Pricing Workshop
March 17, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm$75
a live workshop for women who want to charge the full value of your offerings.
ethical, profitable pricing is a live, in-person workshop.
The workshop uses pricing strategies that work for you and your business – no cookie-cutter templates, no vanity pricing, no psychological tricks.
The session is led by Gretchen Duhaime, with engaging real-world group and individual work. Every exercise directly applies to the each student’s business – no theoretical learning exercises.
During the workshop, each student will price out a product or service from her business.
The tuition for the program is $75, paid in advance.
Hi! I’m Gretchen Duhaime.
I love helping women make more money. As a business owner, the best way to do that is by pricing your offerings to match their value to your customers.
Career-wise, I’ve worked in finance, IT and marketing for companies ranging from 1 employee (me!) to tens of thousands. It’s safe to say I’ve seen it all. I have a B.A. (in Costume Design of all things) from Tufts University, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
I’m looking forward to helping you price your products and services.
Level-up your success. Your business will grow faster if your pricing is optimized and matches the value to your customers.
Are you ready to change your pricing? This program is different from any other pricing advice you’ve been given.
We’ll talk about pricing models, and I’ll share my super-easy spreadsheet to capture your true costs of delivering your product or service.
Do you have a strategy for your prices? You will after this workshop.
I’ll share with you some basic ethical pricing strategies so you can choose one that you think will work best for your product or service.
Are you attracting the right clients? Your pricing must resonate with your ideal customer.
If you’re hearing a lot of “no” from potential clients, or worse, hearing nothing at all, we’ll fix it.
Do you know your value to your customers? It’s totally different than YOUR value.
You probably know what you’re good at, and we’ll work together to translate that into dollars and cents for your client.
Trying to “set it and forget it”? Pricing is not an Instant Pot recipe.
No product has a “one size fits all” price. You’ll learn when it makes sense to charge more (and sometimes less) for a particular customer, or customer segment.
Is This for You?
ethical, practical pricing is for you if you are a woman who wants to level-up your business. You have products and services to sell, so let’s get them out the door at the best price!
Your business is an expression of who you are in the world – and you’re up to something huge. Even if you’ve been playing small, there’s a little voice in you that wants you to do more.
